Although she probably spend a pretty penny on the place this is a good example of a look that you can emulate with a small budget. Stick to a white pallet & simple comfortable furniture but kick it up with more raw black accessories & lighting.
If your wood floor is too damaged and replacing it is too expensive think about painting it, it could do the trick!
